“I recently worked with sound engineer Clara Baker on a small recording project for radio distribution. I brought Clara the raw tracks and rough mix that I had produced in my home studio. She fine tuned each track individually for optimum sound quality, and then created an overall mix that effectively supported the feel and message of the song. I was impressed with her skills navigating the software, and her ear for subtle details was amazing. Clara worked quickly, but with that slightly obsessive focus that is a good thing when engineering recorded music.
